Description

We are looking for a dispatcher/forwarding clerk (m/f/d) in Frankfurt (Oder) on a full-time basis to support us with the processing of transport orders and contribute to the company's development.

Your Tasks

• Creating quotations via telephone and email
• Order processing
• Administrative handling of transport orders up to 3.5 tonnes
• Communication with drivers and customers
• Collaboration within the dispatch team
• Assistance with marketing and sales measures

Requirements

• Interest in logistics, freight forwarding or similar fields. A degree and/or training in this direction is advantageous but not a prerequisite
• Professional experience is helpful but not required
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Essential: commitment, teamwork ability and resilience
• Fast and reliable working style
• Good comprehension skills
